Criminalization of Approval of 2007 WNA Nursing workforce RN for medical error Reference on Strategies for Addressing Criminalization for nurse medical errors. Working with legislators to develop draft legislation on decriminalization for medical errors. Support of Nurses Approval of 2007 WNA Military Nurses in the Military Reference on Acknowledging Nurses in the Military Supervision of APNPs APNPs expressing NP, CNS and CNM that by physicians as a concerns regarding have prescriptive requirement under the physician authority. the Patient supervision Compensation Fund requirements found in the Patient Compensation Fund statute. This is contrary to state statutes Nursing 441 governing the authority to prescribe providing there is a Collaboration Agreement in place.
